Challenge: Introduced two new automotive dealer products to a very small, difficult to convince B2B audience.
Strategy: Create awareness, and consideration of SalesAlert, MarketGrowth and its key values through multiple channels. Target decision-makers at the top 150 dealer groups + dealership M&A investors.
Solution: Uniquely positioned the solution and brand in the market as a dealer-oriented organization on the cutting edge of driving dealer success. I identified the channels where dealers are and focused in on their pain points. Using the omni-channel approach, created a value-adding campaign focused on dealer education, thought leadership, product solutions, free demonstration, and a direct response approach.
SalesAlert Results: Within 6-months of activating Sales Alert campaign:

This provided not only invaluable insights for other strategists but also added another revenue source that could be used to compliment our existing service offerings.

Challenge:
CoStaff was implementing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub and wanted to create a seamless customer experience regardless of where the customer enters the marketing and sales funnel.
Result:
The areas identified by the HubSpot logo indicate areas of opportunity to enhance communications and identify lead score thresholds that could indicate buyer intent and lead to sales conversions.

Hyper Targeted Digital Campaign
Financial Services Case Study
Challenge: A mid-sized CPA firm out of Lansing, MI looked to promote its Wealth Management services to a small, defined audience for the first time.
Solution: Using another omnichannel approach, my team customized a digital media campaign using an upper-mid funnel approach with tested media and social channels, lead gen, thought leadership content, webinar sign-up, and animated ads.
Additionally, I mapped out a customer journey map to validate that we covered each customer engagement to ensure we addressed each valuable touchpoint within the campaign.
Results: Over 150 qualified leads were handed off to the Wealth Management consultant team in the first 2 weeks of the campaign.

Brand Video & New Website
Challenge:
Neumann/Smith Architecture, a mid-sized firm with over 50 years of experience, sought a complete website overhaul. Their goal was to better showcase their brand identity, highlight their architectural expertise, and reflect the rich culture, history, and legacy that set them apart in the industry.
Solution:
We developed a modern, intuitive website that features a robust library of case studies, each highlighting the firm’s collaborative process, design philosophy, and project vision. A thoughtfully crafted "Who We Are" section was created to communicate their cultural values and organizational ethos. Additionally, I produced and directed a brand video to authentically capture the people, passion, and personality behind the firm—bringing their story to life through visual storytelling.
Results:
The launch generated immediate engagement on LinkedIn, with enthusiastic feedback from clients and partners praising the website’s design, functionality, and storytelling. The brand video received accolades for its genuine portrayal of the firm’s internal culture. Overall, the new website elevated Neumann/Smith’s digital presence and positioned them more strategically in the market.
